Job Summary
Conduct hair styling services in private rooms with one client at a time, utilizing hands-on training to master exclusive techniques and premium products. Deliver luxury consultations, analyze client needs, and educate them on solutions while closing sales in a calm, professional environment. Maintain a polished presence and excellent time management skills within a fully established clientele to eliminate client-building stress. Earn $19/hour base pay with $22–$27/hour all-in potential, working Tuesday through Saturday with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Advance through the Stylist Leveling Program with clear pathways for continuous learning and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active cosmetology license in your state
