Hair Stylist - Full Time - The Summit

Hair Stylist provides professional hair services to salon clientele, builds a client base by recruiting new Request Clients and maintaining Customer Client Cards, meets personal service and retail sales goals, acknowledges clients promptly, prescribes appropriate retail products, responds professionally to customer service issues, and maintains professional appearance and salon housekeeping. The role requires ongoing continuing education on products, services, and industry issues; adherence to State Board Regulations; effective time/resource management to meet sales goals; and collaboration with Salon Management. The position offers in-salon training and opportunities for external education, with Belk’s inclusive, high-volume, fast-paced environment and emphasis on diversity and equal opportunity. A valid and current board-certified license and 2–5 years of cosmetology experience are preferred.
