Job Summary
Perform beautiful blow outs and deliver exceptional customer service while strengthening productSales and memberships. Work one-on-one with Blo’s Educator to master Blo’s five signature styles, participate in Blo’s paid training program, and collaborate with teammates in a busy, professional salon environment. You’ll be cross-trained for additional services (e.g., makeup) and potential advancement to senior stylist or management roles. The role includes flexible scheduling with weekends required, tips and bonuses, commissions, and employee discounts, with on-going training and opportunities to grow within Blo Blow Dry Bar.
Required Qualifications
- An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
- The ability to work weekends (Friday & Saturday at a minimum with Sunday availability preferred) and be flexible with scheduling
