Responsibilities include performing hair services like shampoo and blowouts, applying and maintaining hair extensions, and providing personalized consultations to clients. You will assist in managing daily operations, supporting independent stylists, addressing client feedback, and fostering business growth. Ideal candidates have a cosmetology certification, managerial experience of at least one year, and strong skills in hair styling techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a cosmetology school
- Managerial Experience (1 year min)
- Hair stylist (blow dry bar) experience (2 years/ 3-4 Preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of hair styling techniques and best practices
- Skilled at blow drying, straightening, and curling techniques
- Familiar with a variety of treatment products
- Familiar with current beauty trends
