Job Summary
Clean and inspect railcars before product transfer, connect loading hoses, and weigh vehicles while completing paperwork. Operate trackmobiles or locomotives to move railcars within the plant, examining track lists to plan spotting and loading sequences. Inspect railcar hatches for product excess, install and center wash heads, remove debris, and coordinate with switch crews to clean and spot dirty cars. Complete assigned duties, wear required PPE, and maintain regular on-site attendance. Requires a valid driver's license or TWIC card, fluent English, and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
- Speak, write, read fluent English
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality
- valid Driver's License
- valid TWIC card
