Job Summary
Receive incoming goods, check for damage and discrepancies, and accurately sort, label, and store merchandise to optimize warehouse space. Assemble, pick, pack, and dispatch items according to written or verbal requests while performing basic quality control checks. Utilize RF devices, shrink-wrap machines, or palletizing equipment to handle routine physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Work independently in a fast-paced distribution center environment following established procedures. Requires high school education, 0-2 years of distribution center experience, and familiarity with WMS systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- 0 - 2 years experience in a distribution center
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, pull and push for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to follow specific instructions
- Must be able to be trained on and understand how to use the appropriate tools required to do the job
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with WMS a plus
