Job Summary
Conduct safe transfer operations for bulk and liquid vessels, including connecting hoses to tankers and monitoring discharge from control rooms. Operate equipment such as barges and harbor cranes to load and unload bulk cargo while performing maintenance. Manage documentation and execute pipeline emptying, depressurizing, and flushing procedures. This role involves on-call rotation and potential transfer to the Tanker Bridgehand position after an initial training period. The position is temporary at the Krefeld-Uerdingen site, with coverage available in Leverkusen and Dormagen.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Beruf oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Vollkonti- Betrieb
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse im Materialumschlag und Schiffentleerung von Massengütern wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse aus dem Binnenschiff- und Gefahrgutbereich sowie Kran- und Baggerumschlag wünschenswert
- Kranführerausweis
- Fahrausweis für Erdbaumaschinen (kann bei Bedarf erworben werden)
