Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Accompany clients on errands and appointments, and participate in community integration activities. Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and everyday tasks to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor to help clients reach their full potential. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available in Rutherfordton, NC.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
