Habilitation Aide - Fairfax - Rolling Meadows [Mon/Tue 6a-10a & Sun 9a-9p] (20hrs)

Provide active treatment to clients by training and assisting them in areas defined by individual program plans, covering self-care, academics, community living, and workshop skills. Teach clients to use community resources and support their daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, and housekeeping. Facilitate participation in social and recreational program activities throughout the day. This role supports people with disabilities at Clearbrook's Intermediate Care Facilities in Rolling Meadows, IL. While previous experience with behavior disorders and autism is preferred, a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and age 21 or older are required. The position offers a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week with competitive hourly pay and various insurance benefits.
