Job Summary
Conduct cash register and credit card transactions with accuracy, counting back change to guests while maintaining a clean, stocked display case. Greet all guests, repeat orders, and explain pager systems or available coupons. Perform suggestive selling and keep work areas neat by cleaning as you go. Maintain proper uniform, adhere to strict attendance and call-in procedures, and follow all food safety and sanitation requirements. Work extended periods standing, walking, or lifting up to 25 lbs in a fast-paced environment. During the initial 180-day introductory period, performance is evaluated for training needs or dismissal.
Required Qualifications
- English comprehension skills for purposes of safety, job instructions, policy, and guest service
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, touch, climb, lift, and read (see) for extended periods of time (8 hours+)
- Must be able to regularly and safely lift and move boxes, supplies, and materials weighing 25 lbs
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes limited movement environment
- Must be able to maintain sanitation, food safety, and other food service environment requirements
- Must have English comprehension skills for purposes of safety, job instructions, policy, and guest service
