H7B RN 0.9 - Nights

Assess individualized patient needs and provide nursing care using a Family Centered approach. Communicate care priorities to LPNs, PCAs, Unit Coordinators, and Allied Health personnel while documenting according to organizational standards. Engage in workplace community activities by participating in data collection, auditing, and quality improvement meetings. Maintain patient advocacy and safety while monitoring physical, psychological, and social needs through therapeutic communication. Requires BSN or Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within five years, current Ohio RN licensure, and CPR certification. NRP, PALS, ACLS, or APHON certification required or obtainable. Schedule includes 36 hours per week, 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with every third weekend and holiday rotation.
