Job Summary
Provide guests with attentive service in the casino resort restaurant. Take drink orders, serve guests, upsell and describe specials and all menu items; work as part of the dining room team and pre-buss tables in assigned areas. Demonstrate hospitality behaviors, communicate effectively, resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, and maintain a clean, well-organized service area.
