Job Summary
Identify new players and enroll them into the Apache Spirit Club while gathering information for direct marketing. Issue player rewards on the casino floor to support conversion, containment, and retention. Work with the Host team to recognize Platinum Club members and anticipate guest needs to enhance their entertainment experience. Up-sell and cross-sell marketing promotions to stimulate future patronage. Redeem player points for prizes and ensure all accounts are properly coded in the player tracking system. Assist in executing scheduled casino promotions and provide hospitable service from the club during sales opportunities. Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- Mescalero Apache Tribal preference
- bicultural experience
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more

- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
