Job Summary
Lead Cook responsible for assisting in the general production of the restaurant kitchens shift and operation across all Food & Beverage outlets; supervises kitchen staff, ensures recipes are followed, maintains quality and sanitation, inventories supplies, trains team members, and provides guest service and problem resolution while upholding IMGR&C values and performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Five years job-related experience in high volume cooking for a full production kitchen
- Two years supervisory experience or a lead position
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
