Job Summary
Prepares all food items in assigned station according to prep lists and recipes; maintains a clean and sanitary station; operates kitchen equipment; rotates stock using First In First Out; adheres to proper cooking techniques for the assigned station; communicates needs/workload to next shift; provides guests with directions and venue information; responds to guest feedback in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner; supports the team to deliver high-quality hospitality and service aligned with IMGR&C standards; participates in events and collaborates with other departments to ensure resort success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months to one year job-related experience and/or training
- Must supply own working tools
- Meets IMGR&C Values (Accountability, Productivity, Acceptance, Communication, Hospitality, Enthusiasm)
