Job Summary
Prepare all food and salads in an assigned station following cooking guidelines, and maintain a clean, sanitary area using proper First In-First Out rotation. Operate kitchen equipment, inspect freshness and temperatures, and report unusable items to supervisors before discarding. Check stock daily, rotate products, and clean the workstation for the next shift. Communicate workload needs to the next shift and report guest complaints or equipment issues to management. Adhere to all regulatory policies and interact with guests according to hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- six months to one year job-related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of educational and experience
- Must supply own working tools
- Mescalero Apache Tribal preference
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to use hand held communications devices
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
