Job Summary
Banquet Set-Up Attendant is responsible for configuring rooms, setup and breakdown for all banquet meals, receptions, breaks, meetings, concerts and special events, and for reading and following Banquet Event Orders. The role requires knowledge of basic foods, alcoholic beverages, and service procedures; strong customer service orientation; ability to communicate with guests and respond to complaints promptly; willingness to assist with servers, bartenders, cashiers, or AV as needed; and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of wine/spirit presentation, and NM Alcohol Server License; tribal preference applies. The position is on-site in Mescalero, NM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Knowledgeable in Wine, Spirits and presentation of such
- Must possess and maintain New Mexico Alcohol Server License
- Mescalero Apache Tribal preference/Indian preference applies; Multicultural experience preferred
