Job Summary
Bake breads, cakes, and pastries for all outlets while checking daily with the Pastry Chef. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies. Perform other duties as required, including providing directions to guests and addressing complaints promptly. Work in a loud environment with frequent standing and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Four years job-related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to stand for several hours
- Ability to use hand held communications devices
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a loud environment
- Ability to work in a second-hand smoke-filled environment
- Ability to handle biohazardous fluids such as blood and other body fluids
- Ability to work in a hostile environment with guests
- Ability to work in high stress environments
