Job Summary
Bakes breads, cakes, pastries, etc. For all outlets; adheres to all regulatory, departmental and casino policies and procedures; maintains a clean and sanitized work area; performs other duties as required. Delivers hospitality-focused service, supports guests and team members, and participates in events as needed. Demonstrates technical baking skills, ownership of tasks, and effective communication; contributes to team success and upholds appearance standards. Responsible for producing bake shop items per SOPs and assisting Pastry Chef as directed, while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Four years job-related experience and/or training; Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
