Job Summary
Greet guests and guide them around spa and salon facilities; respond to guest requests and maintain a clean spa/salon environment. Maintain towels, robes, linens, and refresh relaxation and salon areas. Track and coordinate appointment records, assist with basic maintenance and sanitation of equipment, massage tables, and locker rooms, and monitor security to ensure only authorized guests access rooms. Provide information about IMGR&C products and services, handle guest comments and complaints promptly and professionally, and support team success through effective communication and collaboration. This role focuses on delivering hospitality, guest satisfaction, and clean, well-maintained spa facilities while upholding IMGR&C standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to work at events and concerts as required
