Job Summary
Security Supervisor at Mescalero Apache Travel Center to guard against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Responsible for security of support operations during assigned shifts and for implementation of security policies and procedures as they apply to the Internal Control Structure (ICS). On-site role with requirement of a valid driver’s license, age 21+, and a High School Diploma or GED. Law enforcement experience is strongly preferred; tribal preference and bicultural experience preferred. Writes reports and communicates effectively with subordinates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- one year job-related experience in supervision
- computer skills
- ability to write legible reports
- effective communication with subordinates
- Law enforcement experience strongly preferred
- valid state driver’s license
- must be 21 years or older
- Mescalero Apache Tribal preference; bicultural experience preferred
