Job Summary
Supervise slot floor operations by assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and drafting team schedules. Direct Slot Attendants and Technicians through interviewing, training, and conducting performance reviews while resolving conflicts. Respond promptly to guest complaints and machine malfunctions, overseeing transactions, maintenance, repairs, and jackpot payouts. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, maintain cleanliness of areas, and process IRS forms for gambling winnings. Handle cash transactions via imprest bank and operate electronic test equipment. Train team members on customer service and safety standards while reporting all guest feedback and equipment issues to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to use hand held communications devices
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in slot operations, technical maintenance, or supervisory roles
- Electrical/mechanical experience in troubleshooting slot machines
- Mescalero Apache Tribal preference
- bicultural experience
