Job Summary
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization by washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring all equipment is clean and functional. Control cleaning supply inventory, check chemical levels, and dispose of waste in proper areas while preparing food as needed under the Sous Chef's direction. Lead the stewarding department by training and coaching other stewards to high performance levels. Work days, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work days, evenings, and/or weekends
- Organized, accurate, and reliable
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Bend and stretch frequently
- Fast paced environment
- Lift, balance and carry trays up to 30 lbs
- Perform all duties in a somewhat hot and humid environment
- Stand, walk and remain on feet and perform job duties for entire shift
Desired Qualifications
