Job Summary
Provide first-level technical customer service support for E80 Group's automated intralogistics systems, assisting on-site staff with troubleshooting to resolve machine shutdowns, guiding customers through problem-solving, managing tickets and notifications, maintaining proper priority for active requests, and supporting E80 technicians in Customer Service. The role requires shift availability, hybrid on-site/remote work in Monterrey (Nuevo León), and solid foundations in automation and English proficiency. Technological troubleshooting spans hardware and software aspects of automated systems, with remote diagnostics and customer-focused problem solving at the core.
Required Qualifications
- Professional diploma
- 2-3 years experience in automation
- Solid PC knowledge
- Good English
- Availability to work on shifts
- Currently living in Monterrey area
