H2 Health SkillBridge Internship

Gain hands-on experience in healthcare, technology, marketing, or administration through the DoD SkillBridge Program. Work across roles including Business Intelligence, End User Support, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Patient Coordination, and Community Outreach. Connect with the recruiting team to discuss placement and requirements throughout the interview process. Candidates must be active duty military with at least 100 days approved to participate and command approval to join. Opportunities are primarily in-person across 11 states, though remote options exist in select cases. Apply at least 6 weeks in advance to allow time for documentation processing.
