Job Summary

Sell and promote the Health and Safety portfolio to customers within an assigned US territory (MN, WI, IL, IA, MO, AR, OK, KS, NE, SD, ND) via direct sales, account management, and lead-generation activities. Build and nurture customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations and joint meetings with SMEs, guide customers through the sales process from engagement to opportunity advancement, and collaborate with marketing on VOC feedback. Maintain ongoing follow-ups with install-base customers, pursue new opportunities, and travel ~60% to meet with customers and at conferences/tradeshows. Utilize CRM (Salesforce) for pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning; communicate effectively across teams and stay current on product portfolio and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent industry experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, with a minimum of 2 years success in achieving individual sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
