Ensure high-quality garment presentation daily by maintaining clear customer flow through fixture placement, securing well-styled mannequins, and launching sales campaigns on time. Complete all sales floor and window morning routines before opening, including sample picking, ironing, and painting windows as necessary. Support the store team by coaching on seasonal trends, brand standards, and visual merchandising skills while ensuring all communication and store activities comply with local legislation and safety policies. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, performing opening and closing duties and maintaining visual props with a sustainability mindset.
