Store Manager responsible for the total omni customer experience in the Miami store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards in line with the store format and global/regional guidelines. Leads the full store team to excel, develops an inclusive culture, analyzes sales and budgets to optimize results, drives customer interactions and loyalty programs, ensures operational routines from fitting room to checkout, and collaborates with Area/store leadership to deliver strong financial and customer outcomes. Requires strong leadership, analytical ability with numbers, coaching and development of team, and in-depth knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer engagement.
