H&M Sales Advisor - Westfield Topanga

Provide excellent customer service and actively sell products while guiding customers through the store using fashion knowledge and the omni experience. Promote and guide customers to the Hello Member loyalty app, support garment refill, care, and presentation, and contribute to a clean, well-organized sales floor and back of house. Work with the store team to meet sales targets, perform fitting room and checkout duties, manage garment presentation and stock replenishment, and adhere to health and safety guidelines. Demonstrate passion for fashion, be collaborative and customer-focused, and apply prior retail or service experience to enhance the customer experience in-store.
