H&M Sales Advisor - Towne East Square

As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Towne East Square, you will deliver excellent customer service, actively guide customers through the store to promote and sell products, and share fashion knowledge to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities include garment care and presentation, operating fitting rooms and checkout, maintaining a clean sales floor and back of house, supporting stock replenishment and visual/merchandising guidelines, encouraging use of the Hello Member loyalty app and participating in store initiatives. You will collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets, stay informed on fashion trends, and represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions. The role is hourly, non-exempt, and located in Wichita, KS with in-person duties.
