Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding shoppers through the store and OMNI experience, while actively promoting products, fashion trends, and the Customer Loyalty App. Manage garment refill, care, and presentation to maintain a clean sales floor and back of house, ensuring accurate stock levels and attractive merchandise displays. Support commercial actions to reach sales targets, operate checkout and fitting rooms per best practices, and uphold all store opening/closing procedures and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- You should also be communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
- You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- You have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role
- You'll be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store
