Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding shoppers through the store, engaging in conversations to promote products and fashion trends. Actively sell merchandise while supporting the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives. Manage daily operations including garment refill, care, and presentation to maintain a clean sales floor and stock levels. Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas per best practices, support opening and closing procedures, and uphold all health and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- You should also be communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
- You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- You have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role
- You'll be able to express your personal style with our employee discount at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS

- Motivated by giving customers a great experience
- You should also be able to keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers, etc
- Use your product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information to customers
