Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store and Omni experience, actively sell products, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, and uphold brand presentation. Drive sales targets with the store team, assist with garment care and refills, operate fitting rooms and checkout, maintain a clean and visually appealing sales floor and back of house, and support stock replenishment and merchandising routines. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in onboarding and training, and apply fashion knowledge to inform customers about trends, stories, and products.
