Job Summary
As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Poughkeepsie Galleria, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store and omni-channel experiences, actively sell products, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, and support garment care, stocking, and presentation. You’ll stay informed on fashion trends to inform customers, participate in onboarding and training, collaborate with store teammates, and help maintain a clean, well-displayed sales floor while contributing to achieving store sales targets and delivering a positive brand experience.
