As a Sales Advisor at H&M Outlet in Lehi, UT, you will deliver excellent customer service, actively guide customers through the store, and promote products to Meet sales targets. You will use fashion and product knowledge to inform customers about trends, styles, and sustainability initiatives, while contributing to garment care, replenishment, and attractive merchandise presentation. Responsibilities include engaging customers to discuss fashion stories, promoting the Hello Member loyalty app, supporting store operations (opening/closing, stock replenishment, fitting room/checkout procedures), maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and back of house, and collaborating with the store team to deliver a positive in-store experience.
