Job Summary
Conduct customer service by welcoming guests, guiding them through the store and OMNI experience, and actively promoting products and the Customer Loyalty App. Maintain a clean sales floor and back of house while executing the full garment cycle from unpacking to refill and steaming. Ensure accurate stock levels through replenishment routines and support store opening and closing procedures. Uphold all H&S guidelines and legal requirements while collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- You should also be communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
- You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- You have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role
- You'll be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store
