Job Summary
Sales Advisor at H&M is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers through the store and omni-channel experiences, actively promoting products, and leveraging fashion knowledge to inform customers. Responsibilities include garment refill and care, maintaining a clean and presentable sales floor and back of house, operating the fitting room and checkout, supporting stock replenishment and visual merchandise displays, and contributing to in-store sustainability initiatives. The role involves promoting the Hello Member loyalty app, representing the H&M brand positively, collaborating with store teams, participating in onboarding and training, and supporting achievement of sales targets in partnership with store management.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in fashion or retail or service-related industries
- Customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Team-oriented and collaborative work style
- Ability to learn and share product knowledge and fashion trends
- Ability to promote loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives
- Willingness to follow procedures and participate in onboarding/training
- Experience operating fitting rooms and checkout areas
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back of house
- Familiarity with visual and commercial guidelines
