Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store to actively sell products, using fashion and product knowledge to inform customers and support brand experience. Actively promote the Hello Member loyalty app, maintain garment presentation and care, ensure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, assist with stock replenishment, and support opening/closing routines while following health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional in-store experience through omni-channel initiatives and strong customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in fashion, retail, or service-related industries
- Experience working with customer service in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Ability to promote and sell products and act on store targets
- Comfort with fashion trends and product knowledge
