Job Summary
Welcome and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience, actively selling products while promoting the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives. Manage the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring clean sales floors and attractive merchandise displays. Support commercial actions to reach sales targets, operate fitting rooms and checkouts per best practice, and maintain stock levels. Follow all H&S guidelines, legal requirements, and store routines while collaborating with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- You have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role
- You should also be communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
- You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- As a Sales Advisor, you'll be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store
- Motivated by giving customers a great experience
