Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service in an H&M Ottawa store by welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, sharing fashion trends and product information, promoting the Hello Member loyalty program and store sustainability initiatives, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain garment care, stock levels, and attractive merchandise displays. Responsibilities include in-store operations such as garment refill, steaming, fitting room and checkout management, stock replenishment, maintaining a clean sales floor and back of house, and contributing to achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- Sales experience in dynamic collaborative environment
- Motivated by delivering great customer experience
- Communicative, creative and curious personality
- Ability to guide customers through fashion trends and products
- Ability to promote loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives
