Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming, guiding, and engaging customers through the store and OMNI experience to actively sell products and promote the Customer Loyalty App. Guide clients through fashion trends and stories while maintaining a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house through full garment cycles, including unpacking, refill, steaming, and care. Ensure good stock levels via replenishment routines and operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices. Support commercial actions to reach sales targets, handle store opening and closing, and uphold all H&S guidelines and legal requirements. Maintain attractive merchandise displays and utilize in-store tech tools like the Instore Care App and Click & Collect.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- You have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role
- You should also be communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
- You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
