H&M Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store and omni-channel experience, actively promote products, and share fashion knowledge to enhance the customer journey. You’ll engage customers with conversations about fashion trends, represent the H&M brand positively, support sales targets with the store team, and assist with garment care, stock replenishment, & visual presentation to maintain an attractive store environment. The role includes operating fitting rooms and checkout areas, contributing to a clean sales floor and back-of-house, and participating in onboarding and training to support ongoing development. You should be motivated, communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment with prior sales experience in fashion/retail.
