Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store and actively sell products, promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives, maintain garment presentation and stock levels, operate fitting rooms and checkout, contribute to a clean and organized sales floor, collaborate with store team to achieve sales targets, stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge, participate in onboarding and training, follow health and safety guidelines and store procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Motivated by giving customers a great experience
- Able to communicate effectively, be creative and curious, adaptable
- Comfortable with teamwork and fast-paced store operations
