H&M Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store, actively promote and sell products, discuss fashion trends and product information, and engage customers with the Hello Member loyalty program. You will help maintain garment refill and care, presentation, and a clean, organized sales floor and back-of-house operations. Collaborate with the store team to reach sales targets, support visual and commercial execution, operate the fitting room and checkout areas, manage stock replenishment, and follow health and safety guidelines while delivering a positive, inclusive customer experience. Requirements include strong communication, creativity, adaptability, and prior sales/customer service experience in fashion or retail.
