Job Summary
Conduct customer sales by welcoming guests, guiding them through the store and OMNI experience, and actively promoting products, fashion trends, and the Customer Loyalty App. Manage garment operations including full cycle refill, steaming, fitting room checks, and checkout procedures while maintaining a clean sales floor and stock levels. Support store opening and closing, uphold health and safety guidelines, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and execute visual merchandising standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- You should also be communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
- You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- You have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role
- You'll be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store
- Motivated by giving customers a great experience
- Willingness to engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service
- Ability to effectively promote and sell our products to customers
- Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers, etc
- Use your product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information to customers
