Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding shoppers through the store and OMNI experience. Actively sell products by engaging customers in conversations about fashion trends, stories, and relevant items. Manage garment operations including unpacking, refilling, steaming, and ensuring a clean sales floor and back of house. Maintain attractive merchandise displays, ensure good stock levels through replenishment routines, and support opening and closing procedures. Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives while following all health, safety, and legal guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- You have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role
- You should also be communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
- You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- As a Sales Advisor, you'll be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store
- Motivated by giving customers a great experience
