Job Summary
Welcome and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience, actively promoting products, fashion trends, and sustainability initiatives while engaging in direct conversations to drive sales. Manage the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and care, maintaining clean sales floors and attractive merchandise displays according to visual guidelines. Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas, support opening and closing procedures, and ensure proper stock replenishment. Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store tech services like Click & Collect. Follow all H&S guidelines, legal requirements, and store routines while collaborating with the team to reach sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- You should also be communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
- You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- You have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role
- You'll be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store
- Motivated by giving customers a great experience
- Willingness to engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service
- Ability to effectively promote and sell our products to customers
- Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers, etc
- Use your product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information to customers
