Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding shoppers through the store and OMNI experience, actively promoting products, fashion trends, and the Customer Loyalty App. Manage full garment cycles from unpacking and refill to steaming and care, while maintaining a clean sales floor, tidy stockrooms, and attractive merchandise displays. Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas per best practices, ensure good stock levels through replenishment routines, and support opening and closing procedures. Adhere to all H&S guidelines, legal requirements, and visual commercial execution standards to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
- You should also be communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
- You should also enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- You have sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role
- You'll be passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store
- Motivated by giving customers a great experience
- Willingness to engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service
- Ability to effectively promote and sell our products to customers
- Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers, etc
- Use your product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information to customers
