Job Summary
As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Alderwood Mall, provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store and omni shopping experience, actively promote and sell products, share fashion trends and product knowledge, and support garment care, stock replenishment, and checkout operations. Promote the Hello Member loyalty app, contribute to a clean, visually appealing sales floor, participate in onboarding and training, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets while adhering to store procedures and policies.
