Provide excellent customer experiences by greeting shoppers, assisting with purchases and returns, and sharing fashion knowledge. Manage store operations including garment display, restocking, floor organization, inventory processing, and security tagging. Operate the register and maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom environment. Collaborate with team members to support daily tasks and foster a positive workplace atmosphere. Shift work is 8 hours with a 60-minute break, scheduled 2 days per week for approximately 4 hours daily. Hourly pay is 1,087 yen. Candidates must have retail or customer service experience, strong time management skills, and an interest in fashion trends. No high school students are eligible.
